In addition to his management of KM Realty, Randy Keith's primary focus is CEO and Chairman of the Board of KM Realty Investment Trust, Inc. a private real estate investment trust focused on unanchored shopping centers. In addition to these responsibilities, Randy oversees KM Realty's retail development.
Randy was formerly vice president and chief operating officer of United Investors Realty Trust, a publicly-traded real estate investment trust, and Equity One Realty and Management Texas, Inc. He also served as Director of Acquisitions and Dispositions for both companies. In his capacity as an officer of these entities, he engaged in the acquisition of approximately $300 million and the disposition of approximately $50 million of income producing commercial properties and the management of over 3.5 million square feet of shopping center space. Since the formation of KM Realty in 2003, Mr. Keith through its affiliate partnerships has acquired 21+ land parcels, developed or is in the process of developing 16+ shopping centers on these land parcels, redeveloped 5+ shopping centers, acquired 10+ single tenant buildings and developed 6+ single tenant buildings. In addition, Randy has acquired 35+ shopping centers for KM's REIT. Randy has also closed over $250 million in long term, fixed rate refinancing of KM's shopping centers and has sold 11+ shopping centers it acquired of developed.
Randy is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin where he received a B.B.A. in Accounting. Randy is a former Certified Public Accountant and a Registered Investment Advisor licensed by the National Association of Securities Dealers, Chartered Financial Analyst (Level I), and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Annette manages the accounting department and oversees the daily accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting and cash management. Since joining KM, she has implemented processes and procedures integral to the growth of the company.
Annette joined KM in 2018 following twelve years as Controller for The Vista Companies, a Houston-based real estate services group responsible for the financial reporting of a $150 million mixed-use property. She served as Controller for Salsbury Industries, an industry leader in manufacturing commercial and residential mailboxes. Her professional experience includes auditing and tax for public accounting firms and mortgage banking.
Annette is a former Certified Public Accountant and currently an active member of the California Society of CPAs. Annette is a graduate from California State Polytechnic University College of Business Administration.

Steven Stone is responsible for the project leasing of several dozen un-anchored shopping centers in suburban Houston as well as developing new shopping centers.
Steven joined KM in 2012 following his time spent at Professional Project Management Services, a management firm which served as a manager for the Fort Bend County Toll Road Authority and other local municipalities and governmental agencies. Since joining KM Realty, Steven has handled several hundred leases and renewals and has helped develop a number of shopping centers for the company.
Steven is a licensed real estate broker and currently an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and Commercial Real Estate Network (CREN) where he served for two years as President. Steven is a graduate of Texas Tech University’s Rawls College of Business and University of Houston’s C.T. Bauer College of Business MBA Program.

Michael Shanks oversees all aspects of KM Realty’s property management functions as well as leading all Property Managers for KM Realty’s portfolio. He also takes a large part in oversight and review of KM Realty’s construction activity. Mike is also responsible for assisting in new development projects for retail shopping centers. He makes it his focus to build a strong management team and for the tenants to have the best experience possible when leasing with KM Realty. He has a specialization in identifying potential clients who wish to have their properties managed, particularly when it comes to attracting new property owners to manage external shopping centers.
Mike joined KM Realty in 2014 following his time spent at Amerisource Funding, a financial lending company. Since joining KM Realty, he has managed their Houston portfolio and later all regional portfolios as well. He has also been an integral part of overseeing retail development locally and regionally.
Mike has graduated from the highly accredited Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) by obtaining the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation. Mike also has experience as a project manager for several building projects prior to joining KM in 2014.
