KM Stay Alma, LP acquired a tract of land to develop a 23,421 sf shopping center in the McKinney Area yielding a 27.9% IRR.

KM Woodland Springs, LP acquired an 18,900 sf shopping center. Through leasing and management yielded investors 12.8% IRR.

KM Magnolia Park, LP acquired a 13,627 sf shopping center. Through leasing this shopping center provided a 17.1% IRR.
